Q Is SafetySpot binding to a Long Term Contract?

A Business can either pay as training is needed or save by purchasing a yearly subscription. SafetySpot is provided to you with an annual subscription model which can be cancelled at any time. SafetySpot becomes a key element of your operation by helping you manage training and certificates day in and day out, any long term contract is virtual and binding only by your satisfaction.

Q Do we need to purchase several user licenses?

A SafetySpot is accessible to any user login in not only within your office but from any of your regional offices. The pricing is based on usage and we do not impose a user access fee, however there is a moderate one-time set-up fee.

Q Our Personnel Information is very sensitive. How will I know that this information is safe?

A Data stored by SafetySpot are on dedicated servers accessed through Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a cryptographic protocol that provides secure communications over the Internet. By using SSL, all sessions to Management System are encrypted. Communication between a user and the server also requires the user to log in from a standard web browser with approved authentication credentials. HR Director uses numerous framework level protections to help prevent Web application vulnerabilities such as cross-site request forgery (CSRF), cross-site scripting (XSS), and SQL injections.

Q Who owns the data collected while using SafetySpot?

A All information collected and stored while using SafetySpot is solely owned by you. Your data in the SafetySpot system is yours. Convenient data export functions are in the Learning Manager.

Q What level of service do you offer with SafetySpot?

A SafetySpot is a software-as-a-service solution. After you define your goals with our Business Development Team, we’ll provide setup, any customizations and training services to ensure that your transition into the LMS is easy and effective. Once implemented you will have access to our Business Development Team for live phone support and web-form submissions.

Q As our company grows can I add more users?

A Yes. SafetySpot does not limit the amount of managers that can access the system and maintain data. Security levels are definable by you, and users can be added by assigning a username and password to an existing company employee’s record. There are no increase fees for additional users.
